MODAL CLINICAL TERMS OF USE

1. Introduction

Welcome to Modal Clinical (the "Site"), a Software as a Service (SaaS) Study Training and Engagement Portal that is a customizable web-based platform facilitating access, delivery, and monitoring of study-specific training and patient/site engagement services while enhancing effectiveness in clinical trial management (the “Purpose”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").  

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you:

• Are authorized by your organization to access and use the Site.
• Will use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes related to the Purpose.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the information you input.
• Refrain from engaging in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
• Sharing account credentials for the site, such as usernames and passwords.
• Creating duplicate users and sites or otherwise inputting erroneous information.
• Uploading or distributing malicious software, viruses, or any other harmful content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, data, or the Site’s underlying systems.
• Engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Site.
• Misusing the Site in any way that could harm its functionality, security, or reputation.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of the Site or third parties.

4. Account Registration and Security

You will need an account to access certain features of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
